EXPERIENCE

Signature Flooring is a three-generation family business. Our grandfather opened a carpet shop in 1977, with my father adding the installation side shortly after.

Over the past five years, my brother Archie and I have taken over the business. Our aim is to bring your vision to reality, with the years of knowledge, we will advise and help you make the right decisions for your home and your budget.

We proudly serve a wide area across the South East of England, with our coverage concentrated primarily in East Sussex and Kent.

While the majority of our clients are located in Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks, we have a growing team which allows us to extend our services to neighbouring areas such as Brighton, parts of Surrey and Ashford.

KNOWLEDGE

We work with many interior designers, letting agents and property developments, and recognise the importance of establishing relationships built on trust and reliability.

The fact that the vast majority of our work comes from referral and word of mouth is testament to our success. Knowing that reputation is everything, all work (big or small) is carried out to the very highest standard.

    SUB FLOOR PREPARATION

    Essential for the success of any flooring project, subfloor preparation must be one of the first considerations. The subfloor is the base on which the finished floor covering is installed, and so if not suitably prepared, can reduce the lift of the installed flooring and lead to a range of problems.

    LUXURY VINYL TILES (LVT)

    A printed vinyl flooring material, LVT combines realistic design with great durability and low maintenance benefits. It is perfect for bathrooms, kitchens, and even commercial spaces as is has a long lifespan, is easily repaired, and has a wide variety of design options.

    LVT CLICK & LAMINATE

    Made by fusing multiple layers of synthetic flooring, LVT mimics real wood with a photographic layer visible under a clear protective layer. Although much more affordable than real wood, it is still hard wearing, making it a great way to get the wood floor look without the maintenance and price!

    ENGINEERED WOOD

    Comprised of a real wood top layer, a central core of cross-layered plywood or softwood and a veneer layer for balance. Engineered wood is incredibly durable and has a long lifespan, so is a very good investment if you’re looking for an unbeatable finished look!
