In recent years, we’ve partnered with several developers on complex, technical projects across the South East.

Working with several local developers and builders, we’ve completed a number of recent projects that showcase our craftsmanship. Each one tells its own story and reflects a unique origin of design, demonstrating thoughtful choices and distinct character.

QNewHomes - Hartdene Barns

One of the UK’s most sustainable developments, Hartdene Barns is part for the RIBA Climate Challenge. The development goes beyond current UK building regulations, and offer some of the most sustainable homes in the UK.

Set within 37 acres of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the homes offer sustainable countryside living.

We completed the full installation of Engineered Wood throughout 9 barn style homes.

Court Developments

Situated in Ninfield, East Sussex, the development is located within a private dwelling nestled in the rolling countryside.

We completed the full installation of Luxury Vinyl Tile throughout one home and installed Engineered Wood flooring in a separate residence.

Impact Construction

Situated in St Leonards On Sea, this project involved the design & development of three modern, new builds.

We completed the flooring installation throughout the house, in eery room except the main bathroom. Throughout the ground floor, landing and master bedroom we laid Luxury Vinyl Tiles in Herringbone style. In the three additional bedrooms, we installed plush carpet.
